The Ritz-Carlton Residences Official Opening
On February 6, 2020, Piero Lissoni and executives from Lionheart Capital celebrated the official opening of the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach with friends, family and leaders in the community. The property sits on seven acres in the center of Miami Beach. Piero Lissoni created the architectural concept designs for the exteriors and the interiors. The luxury residential project includes 111 condominiums and 15 single-family villas with custom interiors by Lissoni. The property includes 36 private docks and some homes feature expansive terraces, summer kitchens, and private pools.
