Located in Milas, near Bodrum, this residential project extends along a natural incline that slopes down towards the sea, granting sweeping vistas of the Dodecanese archipelago. The 70 villas of the complex extend over three levels and offer eight distinct spatial layouts, each featuring a private swimming pool and large open spaces. The residences form part of a wider masterplan conceived as an integrated system of architecture and landscape, and which also envisages the realization of a marina with a private harbor overlooking the Aegean Sea.

With surface areas between 265 and 930 square meters, the villas embody different ways of living through a variety of spatial configurations precisely tailored to their individual dimensions and requirements. The complex is divided into three distinct areas in relation to the scale and typology of the dwellings, each defined by a specific interior design concept. Color palettes, materials and finishes come together to define individual identities for the various areas while maintaining a common aesthetic language in keeping with the overall design vision.

The design of the interiors stems from a careful reading of the context, where inspiration from the cultural heritage of local tradition finds a contemporary reinterpretation.
The selection of materials privileges surfaces and textures that evoke the natural dimension of the place, paired with refined materials and sophisticated details that generate a harmonious balance of proportions. The furnishings are the result of a carefully curated composition that brings together iconic pieces of modern and contemporary European design, bespoke elements and objets trouvés.
