An iconic stretch of Miami Beach’s MiMo district is now transformed into an exclusive enclave with thirty-nine waterfront residences and a private marina. The Côte d’Azur-inspired reception and lobby areas were created by Piero Lissoni. In a double-height lobby, floor-to-ceiling windows provide sweeping views of the Intracoastal and the marina. With the serenity of the sea and the expansive sky as a backdrop, Lissoni’s singular vision brings together form and function. Each residence is delivered fully finished with a masterfully curated selection of fine fixtures and finishes. The warm whites and rich woods used throughout the project echo the color palette of the spirit of the Mediterranean.
