The design of the common areas in the new residences aims to maintain a connection with the surrounding environment while preserving a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.

Drawing inspiration from the building's architectural style and the era it was constructed, the contemporary intervention within the interiors establishes a dialogue with the past, the genius loci, and cinematic culture. The proximity to the park also plays a significant role, introducing inspirations and new interpretations from English botanical culture.

The connecting spaces adopt an almost museum-like approach, incorporating elements that reinterpret the history of British interiors and their craftsmanship. The common areas, designed to extend the apartments, offer the perfect balance between flexibility and versatility.
