45 Park Place, New York

Fifty residences ranging from two- to four-bedrooms from 1,512 square feet to 3,238 square feet comprise 45 Park Place. The building was designed by Michel Abboud of SOMA Architects and Pritzker Prize-winner Jean Nouvel. The lobby interiors, building amenities, and three different types of residential interiors (loft residences, tower residences and penthouses), are the work of Piero Lissoni. With support of Nicoletta Canesi, the project represents Lissoni’s first New York commission.
